    Port Elizabeth has lots to offer, including the distinguished Humewood Golf Club, with a history of national championships. Walk the 5km Donkin Heritage Trail to discover the story of the 4,000 British settlers who arrived here in 1820. Visit a local school to learn about the culture, straight from the children‘s mouths. Take a cruise to Penguin Island to observe the planet‘s largest colony of African Penguins; or escape to Addo Elephant National Park in an open-top 4WD.

    Richards Bay is the gateway to Zululand, the vast inland region famous for its mountains, savannah ecosystems, and Hluhluwe-iMfolozi Park. Take a cruise and game drive for the chance to observe the largest white rhino population on Earth, as well as Nile crocodiles, lions and hundreds of bird species. Or delve into Zulu culture at Shakaland, to learn how to make mats, pottery, beer, grass huts and a spear and shield, and watch Zulu dancers in the Chief‘s hut. If you want a game of golf with fantastic views, Zimbali‘s hazards are in the form of hippos and crocodiles.

Spend an afternoon immersed in East London's art scene, or in African tribal culture and cuisine at the authentic Khaya La Bantu Xhosa Experience. Or for a lesson on recent history, discover Stephen Bantu Biko's legacy of anti-apartheid activism on a journey to related landmarks.

Embark on a culinary journey to Stellenbosch where you'll enjoy top-quality, locally produced food and wine.
