About AAT Kings
AAT Kings was originally known as AAT. The company first pioneered coach touring in Australia, beginning with self-drive vehicles in Sydney, before expanding to guided sightseeing tours. By the 1960s, it was the largest tour operator in Sydney. After teaming up with adventurer Bill King’s Northern Safaris in the 1980s, the company rebranded as AAT Kings.
The award-winning company prides itself on having some of the most experienced Travel Directors in the world, able to share local insights and first-hand stories, meaning destinations are brought to life. They also reveal hidden treasures along the way which an independent traveller wouldn’t have any knowledge of. The highly-trained Driver Guides know the best routes to take, while Local Guides enhance the sightseeing experience.
AAT King’s fleet of luxury coaches are equipped with the latest technology and ensure guests travel in comfort and style. As well as coaches, AAT Kings also use 4x4 vehicles, specially-designed to navigate some of Australia and New Zealand’s most remote areas.
